Whenever people hear “ACL surgery” they assume the worst. I know for a long time, an ACL surgery was the end of an athletes career. I have gotten so many emails from people telling me it ended their football, soccer, track and basketball careers. This is from about 2 years ago. We duct taped Guido to a heavybag, spun it and then worked it. Guido screams but is never touched. I think we left him hanging for a while afterwards. I thought this video was lost but was talking with Greg and he had it on his phone.

My XBox 360 Gamertag

I have been playing a lot of XBox 360 lately… and to be honest, I suck. I’m not very good, but its fun running around killing Nazi Zombies. I occasionally kill someone in Call of Duty when I catch then by surprise scratching their face as I run around a corner. Regardless of how good or bad I am, its just relaxing and I have fun playing with my friends.

Help Bring the UFC to Massachusetts

The UFC is really trying to have a show in Massachusetts. Right now its a legislation issue because they will not come into Boston without an Athletic Commission supporting them. Check out this site and help spread the word so we can get the UFC at TD Banknorth (or whatever its called now)!
