We do a Pig Roast at my house every summer. So we buy a small pig in the spring, feed him all summer long and then bring him to the slaughter house a week before the Pig Roast and it comes back �ready for the roast.

Every year, its a process to get the Pig on the trailer. You would appreciate the “greased pig” reference a lot more if you were involved with this.

This year though, it went much smoother than normal.
