I don’t read a whole lot but from time to time I will pick up something of interest. Most of the time, its something fight related or written by a fighter. I read the Ken Shamrock book, the Pulver book and most recently the Forrest Griffin book. I will go and read something unrelated every now and then. I think my favorite book ever was “I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell”.

A Great Stretch

One of my friends from High School had ACL surgery a few months before I did. He was telling me how his knee is feeling good but the range of motion was coming along slowly. He had surgery in like November and I had mine in March, but I think I still have way more range of motion. I think this stretch is directly responsible.
