The UFC is branching out all over the place and this is their first show in North Carolina. I am happy to see them hitting so many other cities and states and letting the UFC brand really move outside the typical Las Vegas area. Fortunately, they are coming to BOSTON in the fall if all goes as planned, which will be great. That should be when I fight next, hopefully. Here are my picks for a couple of the fights tonight.

Reddit.com is a news aggregate website. They basically take news from everywhere else, and amass a HUGE number of links that members can discuss and comment on. You can also vote articles and comments up or down so the best stuff rises to the top. I read on there a good amount and was asking to do a video interview. They have set up a page where you can post questions to ask and the top 10 most voted questions will be answered by me.

Matt Arroyo Seminar – 3/20

When I was on the Ultimate Fighter, I met Allen “Monstah Lobstah” Berube and all he did was rant and rave about this guy from back home “Matty”. Allen was convinced he would be perfect for the show. Sure enough, Allen got him into the house for season 6 of The Ultimate Fighter. I’ve had the opportunity to train with Matt on a number of occasions and he is just nasty. Every time I train with Matt or his coach Rob Kahn, I come away with a new outlook on something and a few new tricks that I can instantly add to my game. So I am flying in Arroyo to come out and help me with some of my own training, but also having him put on a small seminar at my school.
