Clearing up the Facebook Personal/Fan Page Issue
by Joe Lauzon on Jan.21, 2010, under Blog
To begin with, you should add my Facebook FAN page.
I get a lot of messages on Facebook and through email about why I don’t add people to my personal Facebook page. Typically when I get a friend request from someone that isn’t an actual friend, I send them a copy-and-pasted message asking them to join my fan page. Most people appreciate the fact I take the time to message them. Some give me the “uh, no thanks” or just don’t do it. It’s not me being uppity, its a numbers limitation.

My XBox 360 Gamertag
by Joe Lauzon on Apr.07, 2009, under Blog
I have been playing a lot of XBox 360 lately… and to be honest, I suck. I’m not very good, but its fun running around killing Nazi Zombies. I occasionally kill someone in Call of Duty when I catch then by surprise scratching their face as I run around a corner. Regardless of how good or bad I am, its just relaxing and I have fun playing with my friends.

New Website: What do you think?
by Joe Lauzon on Feb.25, 2009, under Blog
Websites are always a work in progress and this one is no different. Nothing is finalized and I will keep making changes and additions.
I liked my old website but it had a lot of room for improvement. I spend a lot of time promoting things all over the place (facebook, myspace, messageboards, etc) because I love the interaction with the fans and I like to let people know whats going on. I get a ton of fan messages through various sites and I try my best to get back to everyone, but I just can’t keep up with them all. I decided to put more emphasis on fan interaction here so when people ask questions I can answer things once and not get the same 10 questions over and over (like “When is your next fight?” or people asking for training tips, weight loss help and ways to improve their cardio). So please go and register on here so you can post comments and make things easier on us all. I will be able to answer more questions and I am sure others have asked the same questions you are asking!
Last but least, let me know what you think of the site!
