My next fight will be against Kyle Bradley at Ultimate Fight Night 14. The fight is September 17th in Omaha, Nebraska. Its going to a SpikeTV card and should be a great show.

Joe Lauzon Seminar this weekend in Worcester

Fresh off a 2 month stay in Hilo, Hawaii with BJ Penn and a first round win at UFC78, I will do doing a seminar this weekend. The seminar will cover no-gi grappling and some MMA. I have a lot of material for either and will let the group dictate what we put emphasis on.
Where: MMA Training Center – 230 Brooke St – Worcester, MA
When: Saturday December 8th from 5-8pm
