Bumped into an old highlight video I made about 5 years ago. It’s kind of long but it’s pretty slick. It starts with grappling tournaments and then does MMA fights… AM, Pro and backyard, hah. Let me know what you think.

Dan Duggan wrote a great article for the Boston Herald about my fight, the UFC coming to Boston, the UFC Fan Expo and Josh Grispi. So here you go…

Before I started camp for my upcoming fight, we decided to take a Caribbean vacation to St Martin to ensure I don’t overtrain. It was a good chance to recharge my batteries before hitting camp hard. One of the things we did on the island was go extreme zip lining at the Loterie Farm. My flipcam was all messed up for the beginning, but I caught a few clips towards the end. The video doesn’t do it justice but it gives you a rough idea.

Micro is fast! He took the video from the seminar and tossed it into a little highlight clip.

The UFC is branching out all over the place and this is their first show in North Carolina. I am happy to see them hitting so many other cities and states and letting the UFC brand really move outside the typical Las Vegas area. Fortunately, they are coming to BOSTON in the fall if all goes as planned, which will be great. That should be when I fight next, hopefully. Here are my picks for a couple of the fights tonight.

We went to Carabiners in New Bedford this weekend and had an awesome time. Here is some video we took.

Reddit.com is a news aggregate website. They basically take news from everywhere else, and amass a HUGE number of links that members can discuss and comment on. You can also vote articles and comments up or down so the best stuff rises to the top. I read on there a good amount and was asking to do a video interview. They have set up a page where you can post questions to ask and the top 10 most voted questions will be answered by me.
