Fresh off a 2 month stay in Hilo, Hawaii with BJ Penn and a first round win at UFC78, I will do doing a seminar this weekend. The seminar will cover no-gi grappling and some MMA. I have a lot of material for either and will let the group dictate what we put emphasis on.

If you are 21+ registration gets you free admittance to the after party at the Lucky Dog Music Hall. There will be a Pantera cover band named Trendkill performing and we are going to be watching the Ultimate Fight Night replay. Should be a good time. Hope to see some of you there.
