Food you consume is calories in. Exercise is calories out. If you are trying to lose weight, then you need to burn more calories than you take in.

Beyond that, there is a ton of good reading on any topic you can think of online… you just gotta go and look for it. There are also great sources on twitter for suggestions and ideas
